Q. How long does the hair lasts?
A. Generally the hair will last for approximately 1 year with proper care like you would care for your own natural hair. Please review the hair care instructions that are attached to each individual bundle.
Q. What hair types does HairUntouched hair blend with?
A. Our hair blends with all hair grades and textures.
Q. How many bundles of HairUntouched hair do I need for a full sew in?
A. 2-3 bundles are needed for a full sew-in but for lengths longer than 18”, HairUntouched ltd. recommend 3-4.
Q. How many ounces are in each bundle of HairUntouched Hair?
A. There are 3.5 - 4 ounces in each bundle of our hair.
Q. What kind of products should I use on my HairUntouched Hair?
A. We recommend using products that are naturally organically great for your hair. Products that will keep your hair moisturized. Products that are sulfate and probate free.
Q. Should I let my HairUntouched hair air dry or dry with heat?
A. To maintain the hair most lustrous look a gentle kiss from nature is highly recommended. Air Drying.
Q. Can I color/ bleach the hair extensions or closures?
A. HairUntouched ltd. extensions can be colored to your desire, but we highly recommend that a professional/colorist color your hair to prevent any damages, due to the pureness of the hair and to help retain the necessary moisture and luster.
Q. Does the closures and/or Frontals comes with bleached knots?
A. Yes, all closures and/or frontals come with bleached knots.
Q. Does the lace frontals have customized hairlines?
A. Yes, all of our lace frontals have customized “pre plucked” hairlines.”
Q. What is the density of each individual bundle?
A. The density percentage of each individual bundle is 120%. Meaning that the bundles are not too thick and not too thin, the bundles are made just right.
Q.What size closure or Frontal should I get?
A. Our closures and frontals are measured perfectly. To make it easier for you, If you want a longer middle part select the 6x6!
Q. Can I tighten my closure?
A. Yes! Tightening your closure is extremely important, especially when nothing else is loose but your closure. This is definitely possible, and it only takes 20-30 minutes!
Q.Will you style my hair if I bring extensions other than HairUntouched Extensions?
A. Of course!
Q. How do I get a discount on my Sew-In installation?
A. It’s Easy! While purchasing some of HairUntouched Pure Hair Extensions, a discount is automatically added on to your sew-in installation once you schedule your appointment. This is only good for the first install, the second installation with HairUntouched extensions will be full price but only if the hair is reused.
Q. Can you take my sew-in out and install the same day?
A. Yes & Yes! You will also receive a shampoo, condition, and trim on the house!
Q. Can I just get my hair Curled?
A. Yes! Your extensions must be freshly washed and fully dry to receive this service.
Q.Will you install a wig that was NOT created by you?
A. No. Every stylist has different techniques. For the best results we recommend installing units that was made by Us!
Q.Can I bring my children to the “Shop”
A. Please No children or extra persons allowed. This helps scheduling and services to go much smoother, and for you to receive the best results possible.
Q.What if I refer a friend?
A. The more discounts for you! If a friend speaks of your name, check your email!
Q.What happens if I am late to my appointment?
A. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment. To give special attention to each individual client, being on time is vital!
Q. Could I schedule an appointment the same day?
A. Yes, for a same day appointment, a $50.00 fee will be added to your total.
Q.How long does the style(s) last?
A. The style will last depends on how well you keep up with your hair. Don’t shower right after you receive fresh curls, and use a bonnet each night at bed time or even if you’re taking a nap.
Q. How do I maintain the styles?
A. Depending on the style. Directions will be given after your appointment on how to maintain the style you receive.
Q. How long does it take to install a wig or sew-in & style?
A. The timing differs from client to client. It depends on your hair type and length. It also depends on the extra services that is being provided. Please don’t hesitate to “contact us for questions.”
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days with a 2 day processing time if you did not select next day shipping.
