Please note, that because of the Purity of our Virgin Eurasian Hair, there will be variations of texture and color between bundles. Each bundle of hair comes from an individual person and is completely natural from end to end; therefore we can make no guarantees on color and texture. We will, however, make every effort to match your order to meet your desired requirements. The color of our natural Virgin Eurasian Hair is about a combination of a 1b and a 2 and may have shades and or tones of brown. Hair can be colored to your desire, but we highly recommend that a professional/colorist color your hair to prevent any damages, due to the pureness of the hair and to retain the necessary moisture.
Due to the purity of our natural human hair products, most product concerns can be resolved with a simple care and maintenance routine. Even a simple wash, condition and a kiss from nature can often remedy tangling problems that may occur from general use. All of our products are human hair and must be properly cared for. Keeping the hair healthy and moisturized is of key importance. Hair care tips will also come with your order for your convenience.
Shipping
All packages are shipped through USPS. Standard flat rate USA 3-5 business days 12.50 includes insurance International shipping including Canada 7-10 business days 35.00
All shipping is 2 day processing. Tracking is sent on or before the 5th business day. All packages must be signed for. If you are not home a notice will be left to pick up from the Post Office at your convenience.
Terms of Payment
Our terms of payment require complete payment in advance, before your order is shipped out. There are no exceptions. We accept all debit and major credit cards. Your credit card is charged as soon as you place an order online. Any type of credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Your billing address must be entered correctly as it appears on your card statement and is the info on file for that card for your order to be processed. Do not put your shipping address as the billing address unless they are both the same doing so will only decline the charge, hold your funds, and/or delay your order. If using authorize.net option your billing and shipping must be the same for order to be complete. Paypal you may use another shipping address. We reserve the right to withhold approval on any sale.
Order Processing / Cancelations
All orders can be placed online 24/7/365. In order for the 2 day processing of your order to begin you must place it before 5pm EST or it will be counted for the following day. Holidays and other events that may prevent ordering will be announced prior to the closing of the online store. Once order is placed there are no cancelations after 24 hours. There is a $25 restocking fee per bundle after the 24 hour period once checking the terms and conditions box you agreed to these terms.
Fraud
We will not accept any fraud. If you or someone you know is fraudulently using a credit card that belongs to someone else. Please be advised online fraud is extremely serious and can lead to lengthy prison terms.
Lost Shipments
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact USPS directly they most likely have more detailed information. USPS can resolve by locating the package. If the problems continue please contact us so that we can expedite the process of recovering your order. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS investigation of the situation.
Incorrect Orders / Products
In the rare event of a mistake on our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 3 days after receipt of your shipment.
Limitation of Liability
HairUntouched Ltd. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for products not being available for use, or the provision of services and support. In no event shall HairUntouched Ltd., it’s owners, employees, and representatives be held liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. His limitation of liability applies both to products, services, and support. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, HairUntouched Ltd.is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the agreed dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) of products or services under this agreement.
